We’re vanlifers ourselves, and we design and build our campervan conversions as we’d want our own — with design-led layouts, quality materials, and a clear, honest process. I have a degree in Transportation Design and have worked for some of the best design studios in the world, bringing that experience to every build.
How It Works
1. Start the Conversation
Once you’ve explored our range, get in touch via our contact form or give us a call. We’ll talk through your plans in detail to fully understand what you’re looking for and how you’ll use your van.
2. Visit the Workshop
We always welcome potential customers to visit our workshop, meet the team, and see our builds in person.
3. Free Quote & Booking Deposit
Following our initial conversation, we’ll provide a free, no-obligation quote for your conversion. If you’re happy to proceed, we ask for a £2,000 non-refundable deposit to secure your build slot.
4. Design & Planning
Around 4–6 weeks before your confirmed start date, we’ll provide a detailed 3D design of your build. This allows you to review and approve every aspect of the conversion before work begins.
5. Materials & Finishes
With extensive experience in materials and finishes, we’ll guide you through the available options to ensure your van is both practical and beautifully finished.
6. Build Timeline
At the start of the build, we’ll give you an estimated completion date. This will be confirmed two weeks prior to handover.
7. Build Updates
Throughout the build, you’ll receive regular updates via photos and videos through our online portal, Global Workshops. This gives you a full record of your conversion from start to finish. You’re also welcome to visit the workshop during the build.
8. Handover Preparation
Before completion, we’ll send you a handover pack containing guidelines and appliance manuals so you can familiarise yourself with your new campervan ahead of collection.
9. Final Checks & Certification
Prior to collection, we complete our final checklist, gas and 240v electrical certification, vehicle weighing, and all necessary equipment checks.
10. Collection Day
Collection day is here! Please allow around two hours for a full walkthrough of your campervan, where we’ll explain how everything works and answer any questions you may have.
11. Warranty & Ongoing Support
All our conversions come with a one-year workmanship warranty, alongside individual appliance warranties (which may extend beyond one year). Once you’re out on the open road, we’re still here if you need advice, support, or guidance.

We’re based in East Devon, just outside Exeter — easy to reach from the M5 or A30.
No matter where you are in the UK, we can work with you, including video calls if you can’t visit the workshop.
During your build, you’ll get weekly photos and videos through our online portal - Global Workshops, so you can follow your van conversion every step of the way.
